The Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Pancasila, in collaboration with ISFI DKI Jaya, will hold the eighth time Pharmacist Upgrading and Competency Test. This time it will be held on 30-31 May 201008 and 1 June 2008.
Objective :
- Improving the image of the pharmacist profession through pharmacist competence in patient and product-oriented pharmaceutical services.
- Improve professional skills and knowledge, so that pharmacists can respond to service needs..
- Increase awareness for professional development through continuous learning activities (lifelong learner).
- Motivating to dare to open the practice of pharmaceutical services independently.
- Standardization of pharmacist competence as evidenced by the provision of a Pharmacist Competency Certificate.
Participant Requirements
- Pharmacists graduated from the College of Pharmacy in Indonesia, priority for graduates before 2002.
- At the time of registration submit photocopies (3 copies).
- Identity card.
- Bachelor Degree and Pharmacist (Legalized)
- Pharmacist Oath (Legalized)
- 3 x 4 color passport photo.
