FINALISTS AND WINNERS OF POSTER CONTESTS, VIDEOS/SHORT ANIMATIONS, AND WRITING WORKS ABOUT DRUGS HAZARDS

In order to anticipate the existence of drug abuse on the campus of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Universitas Pancasila. Faculty of Pharmacy UP held an Anti-Drug Contest with the theme “Appeal to the Dangers of Drugs and Its Prevention”. The competition is divided into 3 categories, namely Poster/Sticker Design, Video/Short Animation and Scientific Writing.

The competition event was held from August 6 to September 26, 2018, which started from registration, receipt of files, selection by the jury and announcement of finalists. There were 21 participants in the competition: 10 poster/sticker design participants, 7 short video/animation participants, 4 scientific writing participants. Participants came from various universities and high schools.

In accordance with the announced agenda that the selection of winners from the finalists was held in the meeting room, second floor of the UP Faculty of Pharmacy, Wednesday, October 10, 2018. A total of 14 finalists were tested through oral presentations on their work in the form of posters and short videos in front of the judges. There are 4 judges, namely 3 people from FFUP lecturers and 1 person from BNN, Mr. Kombes Pol. Drs. H. Mufti Jusnir, M.SI., Apt.

From the results of the selection of the judges, the 1st Place for Poster Design was won by participants from SMK Jakarta, 2nd and 3rd place winners were won by FFUP students. 1st place in Video/Short Animation was won by FFUP student, M. Rizki, 2nd and 3rd place went to FFUP student. The 1st place in Scientific Writing was won by FFUP students, 2nd and 3rd places were won by FFUP students.

Mr. Kombes Pol. Drs. H. Mufti Jusnir, M.SI., Apt. (BNN), expressed pride in the participants who still care about the dangers of drugs by taking an active role in the form of poster, video and writing competitions. While Mr. Dr. Prih Sarnianto, M.Sc., Apt. said that the participants who took part in this competition already had a winning mentality. Dare to come up with ideas, more than a winning mentality.

The prize giving was delivered by the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy and the Vice Deans and ended with a group photo and prayer.
