Registration of the Pharmacist Professional Study Program
Faculty of Pharmacy, Pancasila University
Even Semester 2020/2021

It was announced that registration for the Professional Pharmacist Study Program for the even semester of 2020/2021 is open from 04 January 2021 to 03 February 2021, with the following requirements:

1. Registration of prospective new students of the Pharmacist Professional Study Program online through the website at pmbonline.univpancasila.ac.id, by:
   • Filling in the data of prospective students of the Pharmacist Profession Study Program.
   • Uploading results scan diplomas, transcripts, photos, ID cards, certificates Accreditation of the Pharmacy S1 Study Program of the Origin Pharmacy College.
   • Obtain the results of verification of biodata and documents, then the payment bill is printed.
   • Pay the registration fee for the Selection Test of RP. 800,000,-
   • Receipt of payment of registration scan and upload.
   • Get payment verification, then print test card.
2. For prospective students from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Pancasila University:
   • Attach proof of submission of thesis books.
   • For students who have just finished the thesis trial, the submission of books is no later than 1 (one) ) months after the thesis trial, and if you arrive at the Mid-Semester Examination (UTS) you have not submitted a thesis book, you may not take the exam
   • GPA Strata-1 (S1) Pharmacy > 3.00.
3. For prospective students who come from outside the Faculty of Pharmacy, Pancasila University:
   • Pass the Strata-1 (S1) Pharmacy program, the graduation period is not more than 3 years
   • Submit a photocopy of the accreditation certificate of the undergraduate study program from the original pharmacy college.
   • Strata-1 GPA (S1) Pharmacy > 3,25
4. Selection exam held by online on:
   • Theory & Landfill
     • Day, Date : Tuesday, 09 February 2021
     • Hours : 09.00 WIB – Finish
   • Interview
     • Day, Date : Wednesday, 10 February 2021
     • Hours : 09.00 WIB – Finish
5. Theoretical material being tested: Analytical Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmacology.
6. Re-registration date 16 – 19 February 2021 to the Academic section, by attaching:
7. Filling out the registration form for the Professional Pharmacist Study Program
   • Photocopy of legalized S1 diploma: 1 sheet
   • Photocopy of legalized S1 transcript : 1 sheet
   • Pass photo with purple background 4×6 : 2 pieces
   • Pass photo with purple background 3×4 : 2 pieces
   • Copy of birth certificate: 1 sheet
   • Copy card Family : 1 sheet
   • Certificate of good health from doctor
   • Certificate of not being color blind, not speech-impaired, not deaf (original) from a doctor and free of drugs from an authorized institution.
   • Photocopy of the accreditation certificate of the original Faculty/S1 Pharmacy College of Pharmacy accreditation certificate.
8. Debriefing for new Pharmacist students will be held on:
   • Day, Date : Friday, 26 February 2021
   • Hours : 09.00 WIB – Finish
   • Place : Hall (Lt. .IV) Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Pancasila
9. Lectures will start on Monday, March 1, 2021.
