Registration and Entrance Test for DIII to S1 Students Wave 2
Academic Year 2020-2021

Announced to prospective DIII Program students who wish to continue to the Undergraduate Program of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Pancasila University, Academic Year 2020/2021 as follows:

Requirements :

1. August 14, 2020 to August 18, 2020, do Online Registration on page pmbonline.univpancasila.ac.id, and fill out the form at https://bit.ly/form_d3_ke_Sarjana dan upload data in the form of:
   • Scan receipts Online registration proof
   • Scan D-III diplomas
   • Scan transcripts
   • Pass color photos
   • Scan a legalized photocopy of the Accreditation Certificate of the Faculty of Higher Education of Origin
   • Scan Certificate of having worked for at least 1 year from the institution concerned
   • Scan Family Card
   • Scan ID card
2. Participants take part in the selection via the website http://cbt.univpancasila.ac.id:81 which will be held by the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Pancasila on:
   • Day    : Saturday, August 22, 2020
   • At  : 14:00 WIB
3. Exam Material :
   • Academic Potential Test
   • English
   • Vocational Chemistry and Biology
4. Interview Test via WhatsApp Videocall / Zoom meeting that will be delivered next.
5. Graduation announcement will be announced via page pmbonline and ffup website
6. Re-register on page Re-register for pmbonline
7. Lecture will start : August 31, 2020 (Waiting for the decision on the next lecture activity ).
