Registration and Entrance Test for DIII to S1 Students
Academic Year 2020-2021

Announced to prospective DIII Program students who wish to continue to the Undergraduate Program of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Pancasila University, Academic Year 2020/2021 as follows:

Requirements :

1. July 15, 2020 to July 18, 2020, do Online Registration on the page pmbonline.univpancasila.ac.id, and fill out the form at https://bit.ly/form_d3_ke_Sarjana and upload data in the form of:
   1. Scan receipts for proof of online registration
   2. Scan ljazah D Ill< /li>
   3. Scan transcript
   4. Pass color photo
   5. Scan photocopy of Accreditation Certificate of Faculty of Higher Education of origin which is legalized
   6. Scan Certificate of minimum 1 year of work from the institution concerned
   7. Scan Family Card
   8. Scan ID card
2. Pass the Administrative selection announced on July 22, 2020  through the website http://farmasi.univpancasila.ac.id Participants who pass the administrative selection will take part in the theoretical selection through the website http://cbtffup.com which was held by the Faculty of Pharmacy, Pancasila University on:
   •  Day : Friday, 24 July 2020
   • At  : 14:00 WIB
3. Exam Materials
   • Integrated Pharmacy
   • Academic Potential Test
4. Interview Test via WhatsApp Videocall / Zoommeeting which will be delivered next.
5. Graduation announcement on web http: //farmasi.univpancasila.ac.id July 30, 2020
6. Re-registration: August 3 to August 5, 2020 (Waiting for further information through graduation announcements)
7. Lecture starts: August 31, 2020 (Waiting for the next lecture activity decision). This is announced for attention.
