ADMISSION OF NEW STUDENTS PROFESSIONAL PHARMACEUTICAL PROGRAM

ODD SEMESTER 2009/2010

CONDITION :

1. Registration is held on: July 13 to August 12, 2009
2. Pass the Strata-1 (S1) Program from an accredited University
3. Pay the registration fee of Rp. 250,000
4. Fill out and submit the form to the Academic Section by attaching :
   1. Photocopy of diploma that has been legalized (1 sheet)
   2. Photocopy of transcript that has been legalized (1 sheet)
   3. 2 pieces of 4×6 color photographs
   4. Photocopy of accreditation certificate from the origin university.
5. Passed the selection held by the Faculty of Pharmacy, Pancasila University on August 14, 2009
6. Registered 20 to 25 August 2009.
