The Faculty of Pharmacy, Pancasila University (FFUP) together with Trinity University of Asia (TUA), Philippines, officially started the Collaborative Online International Learning (COIL) program as part of the internationalization strategy of higher education.

The activity held on Saturday (14/6) was the result of the initiative of the Dean of FFUP, Prof. Dr. Syamsudin, M. Biomed., through collaboration on the Physics Pharmacy course. This program involved 53 students from Trinity University of Asia, Philippines together with FFUP students who participated in online learning sessions across countries. Prof. Dr. Syamsudin said that this initiative was the first step in a series of collaborations that will continue to be developed into other courses in the future. In the future, COIL will not only be an academic bridge between countries, but also a means of expanding students’ global insights and competencies.

This program is in line with FFUP’s vision to become an internationally reputable pharmacy faculty, as well as answering the challenges of global education that increasingly prioritizes cross-cultural and geographical collaboration. Furthermore, this COIL activity is a strategic initial milestone in strengthening FFUP’s international network and expanding students’ learning experiences in a global context.
