The open space area owned by FFUP: 6447.26 m2, namely the multipurpose field, student center area, pharmacy corner, parking area, beside the WWTP and in front of the canteen.

The benefits of these open spaces are not only that they provide green areas that improve air quality and reduce heat around the campus, but also that they provide spaces for academic, sporting and recreational activities. They support the health and well-being of the campus community, provide places to socialize and relax, and support biodiversity by providing goohabitats for local flora and fauna.
