The Faculty of Pharmacy, Pancasila University (FFUP) held its Human Resource Capacity Building Batch 1 on August 7–9, 2025. The event, which featured the ESQ Team from Ary Ginanjar University, was a valuable opportunity for all participants to recognize and optimize their potential through Talent DNA learning.

The sincere touch of the ESQ Team opened up the participants’ true identities one by one, inviting them to be more transparent and get to know each other deeply. Through this process, participants learned to fill the void, give meaning to each other, and move forward together in harmony.

Various inspirational sessions, such as outbound games, torch and candle moments, and presentations on spiritual values, strengthen the sense of togetherness. Participants are encouraged to become true goal getters, optimizing each of their talents in a balanced and conscious manner.

This activity provided valuable insights for the Faculty of Pharmacy teaching staff and educational personnel at Pancasila University. Through this activity, we learned to better understand ourselves, utilize our existing potential, and continue to develop into the best versions of ourselves. In addition, understanding the DNA talents of others fostered mutual respect, strengthened unity, and built enthusiasm to inspire each other for the advancement of our beloved Faculty of Pharmacy.
