The Faculty of Pharmacy of Pancasila University (FFUP) successfully organized a Capacity Building activity with the theme “Together in Harmony, Together We Drive Faculty to be Great Performance”. The 4-day event, from February 9-12, 2025, aimed to strengthen togetherness and improve the performance of the academic community in supporting the faculty’s vision.

The event, held in Solo and Yogyakarta, featured training sessions, discussions and team activities designed to build synergy between participants. Embracing the values of cooperation, inclusivity and capacity building, the event aligns with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) number 10, which focuses on reducing disparities in opportunities, skills and collaboration in the academic environment.

Building Togetherness and Better Performance

In this activity, participants consisting of lecturers, education personnel, and faculty staff participated in various programs, including:
✅ Team Building Activities to strengthen working relationships and effective communication.
✅ Workshop & Sharing Session to improve academic and administrative skills and insights.
✅ Inspirational Talk from experts to encourage motivation and innovation in the world of higher education.
✅ Cultural & Networking Activities as a place to strengthen relationships and get to know more about local culture.

The Rector of Pancasila University in his speech said that this activity is expected to be a momentum for the faculty to continue to develop with the spirit of togetherness. “With harmony and solid cooperation, we can bring the Faculty of Pharmacy of Pancasila University towards superior performance,” he said.
