Registration and Entrance Test for DIII to S1 Students
Academic Year 2021/2022
Announced to prospective DIII Program students who wish to continue to the Undergraduate Program at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Pancasila University, Academic Year 2021/2022 as follows:
Requirements :
- Graduated from D III (Pharmacy) Study Program from an accredited university.
- Has worked in the relevant field for at least 1 year as evidenced by submitting a certificate of length of service from the relevant agency.
Registration Steps:
- Administration Selection
- Fill out the form and upload documents at https://forms.gle/Kqc5WzeTii11PWUm7 no later than May 1, 2021, the documents are:
- Diploma three degrees
- Diploma three transcripts
- Diploma Three School Accreditation Certificate
- Certificate of old work from the agency
- e.KTP
- Family card
- Passport
- Participants who pass the administrative selection will be announced through the website farmasi.univpancasila.ac.id on May 10, 2021.
- Fill out the form and upload documents at https://forms.gle/Kqc5WzeTii11PWUm7 no later than May 1, 2021, the documents are:
- Academic Ability Selection
- Participants who pass the Administration selection can register at http://pmbonline.univpancasila.ac.id/ On 11-20 May 2021 with an exam schedule on 23 May 2021.
- Exam Material :
- TPA test and English language through http://cbt.univpancasila.ac.id:81/
- Vocational (Pharmaceutical Biology and Chemistry)
- Interview (via Zoom meeting)
- Participants who pass will be announced on the web http://pmbonline.univpancasila.ac.id and carry out the registration process in accordance with the rules listed and apply on the web.
