It is announced that registration for New Student Admission to the Pharmacist Professional Education Study Program for the Even Semester 2024/2025 is open from December 2, 2024 to January 14, 2025, with the following requirements:

Registration of new student candidates for the Pharmacist Professional Education Study Program online through the website at: pmb.univpancasila.ac.id, by:
a. Fill in the data of prospective students of the Pharmacist Professional Education Study Program.
b. Uploading scans of diplomas, transcripts, photos, ID cards, Accreditation Certificates for S1 Pharmacy Study Programs at the original Pharmacy College.
c. Obtain the results of verification of biodata and documents.
d. The invoice for the Selection Test Registration fee can be printed (the selection test registration fee is Rp.1,000,000, -).
e. Printing the exam card.

For prospective students who come from the Faculty of Pharmacy, Pancasila University:
a. Attach proof of submission of thesis book and free library.
b. For students who have just finished the thesis trial, submit the book no later than 1 (one) month after the thesis trial, and if until the Midterm Examination (UTS) has not submitted the thesis book, they may not take the exam.
c. GPA Strata-1 (S1) Pharmacy ≥ 3.00

For prospective students who come from outside the Faculty of Pharmacy, Pancasila University:

• Already have a Bachelor of Pharmacy diploma from the original university
• Graduated from Strata-1 (S1) Pharmacy program the graduation period to PMB registration is not more than 3 years.
• Submit a photocopy of the accreditation certificate of the undergraduate study program from the original Pharmacy College.
• GPA of Strata-1 (S1) Pharmacy ≥ 3.25.

2. Theoretical material tested: Pharmaceutical Chemistry Analysis, Pharmaceutical Technology, Pharmacology and TPA

3. Announcement of graduation on the day / date: Wednesday / January 29, 2025

4. Re-registration on January 29, 2025 – February 4, 2025 to the Academic Department, attaching:
a. Fill out the registration form for the Pharmacist Professional Education Study Program
b. Legalized photocopy of undergraduate diploma: 1 sheet
c. Photocopy of legalized undergraduate transcript : 1 sheet
d. Color photo 4×6 purple background: 2 sheets
e. 3×4 purple background color photo pass: 2 sheets
f. Photocopy of birth certificate: 1 sheet
g. Photocopy of family card: 1 sheet
h. Photocopy of ID card : 1 sheet
i. Certificate of good health, not color blind, not speech impaired, not hearing impaired (original) from a doctor who has a license to practice and drug-free from an authorized institution (Puskesmas, RSUD, BNN).
j. Copy of the accreditation certificate of the faculty/undergraduate study program from the original College of Pharmacy.

5. Debriefing of new pharmacist students was held on :
