Tuesday (8/7) Lecturers and students of the Master’s and Doctoral programs at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Pancasila University (FFUP) conducted an academic visit to Dexa Laboratories Biomolecular Sciences (DLBS). This visit was part of the implementation of the Project-Based Learning program for Master’s and Doctoral students. The activity aimed to enrich students’ knowledge regarding research and innovation based on natural material technology, particularly in the development of evidence-based phytopharmaceutical products.

This visit was led by Dr. apt. Andri Prasetiyo, M.Farm., as the Head of the FFUP Master of Pharmacy Study Program. Through this activity, students had the opportunity to engage in direct dialogue with researchers at DLBS, in order to gain an in-depth understanding of the industrial research process, design strategic analyses, and come up with innovative and applicable ideas. Additionally, this activity strengthened collaboration between academia and industry in order to support the independence of the national pharmaceutical sector. As a token of appreciation and remembrance, FFUP presented a plaque, which was symbolically handed over to Laurentius Haryanto, Group Research, Innovation, and Invention Manager at DLBS.
FFUP expresses its deepest appreciation to DLBS for its warm welcome and cooperation. We hope that this synergy will continue to grow and make a significant contribution to the advancement of science and the improvement of public health.
