Announcement to prospective students who wish to continue their studies from the Diploma (D.III) Study Program to the Bachelor’s (S1) Study Program through the RPL Transfer Credit Education Program at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Pancasila University for the 2025/2026 Academic Year. The following regulations apply:

Requirements:

1. Graduated from an accredited college with a D III (Pharmacy) degree.
2. Has worked in a relevant field for at least 1 (one) year, as evidenced by submitting a letter of employment history from the relevant agency.

1. Administrative Selection:

1. Fill out the form and upload documents on the page https://s.id/D3keS1FFUP Starting on May 19 to July 21, 2025.

By uploading documents in the form of:

1. Diploma 3 certificate
2. Scan of Diploma 3 transcript
3. Scan of high school/vocational school certificate (data consistency)
4. Scan of Higher Education Accreditation Certificate for Diploma III
5. Scan of letter of employment history from an institution relevant to the field of pharmacy/healthcare
6. Scan of Identity Card (KTP)
7. Scan of Family Card (KK)
8. Scan of color photo with purple background (max 10 MB)

• Participants who pass the administrative selection will be announced on the website. https://farmasi.univpancasila.ac.id/ on July 23, 2025.

• Seleksi Kemampuan Akademik

1. Participants who pass the administrative selection can then register on the website. http://pmb.univpancasila.ac.id/app/#/sign-in . Select the regular Bachelor of Pharmacy program to gain access to the academic aptitude test at Pancasila University.
2. Online test via CBT (Computer Based Test) held on July 26, 2025.
3. The material tested includes:
   • Academic Potential Test
   • English Language Proficiency                                                                    
   • Pharmacy (Pharmaceutical Biology and Chemistry)
   • Interview (to be announced later)

• Prospective students who have been declared successful will be announced on the website http://pmb.univpancasila.ac.id/app/#/sign-in and can re-register according to the procedures and processes outlined on the Pancasila University website.
