Jakarta, February 13, 2025 – FFUP has once again partnered with Kamibox in an environmentally friendly archive destruction effort. In Batch 1, 4,980 kg of documents were destroyed, followed by Batch 2 with 4,940 kg, through a responsible recycling process.
The archive destruction process started today, February 13, 2025 with the initial stage of document sorting at Kamibox warehouse, Cisauk. This step aims to ensure that only documents that are truly no longer needed will be destroyed, in accordance with information security standards.

Once the sorting was complete, the collected documents were sent to Aspex’s Narogong mill on Friday, February 14, to go through the melting process. With this method, unused documents can be recycled into new paper raw materials, supporting sustainability and reducing paper waste.
This initiative is a manifestation of FFUP’s commitment to maintaining data security while contributing to environmental conservation. It is hoped that the cooperation with Kamibox can continue to ensure that the management of documents that are no longer used is carried out responsibly and sustainably.
