Monday (17/2), in order to improve the quality of scientific publications and indexation of academic work, the Faculty of Pharmacy held a workshop entitled “Sinta Scoring: Evaluation and Workshop on SINTA Score Improvement”. This activity focused on evaluating the SINTA scores of the participants, consisting of FFUP lecturers, as well as mapping the publications that have been indexed. In addition, this workshop also discussed various strategies to improve citation scores and academic impact. As a system managed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology (Kemendikbudristek), SINTA is an important indicator in assessing academic performance in Indonesia.

During the workshop, participants had the opportunity to analyze their scores directly and identify various factors that affect their ranking in the SINTA system. In addition, practical training sessions were also organized to help participants update their SINTA profiles and verify their indexed publication data.

Through this workshop, it is expected that academics increasingly understand the importance of SINTA as well as the right way to improve their scores effectively and in accordance with academic ethics. By increasing the quality of scientific publications, it is expected that the reputation of educational institutions will be stronger at the national and international levels, in line with the vision of SDG 4 in realizing quality education for all.
