Tuesday (13/10) 125 graduates of the D-3 Pharmacy Study Program at Pancasila University were officially inaugurated as Pharmaceutical Technical Personnel (Madya Pharmacy Experts). Located in the Hall of the IV Floor of the Faculty of Pharmacy, the Inauguration and Oath Taking of Pharmaceutical Technical Staff (TTK) for the Academic Year 2019/2020 was carried out in a combination offline and online live via zoom and youtube.  

The D-3 graduates who are appointed as pharmacy technical staff consist of 61 pharmacists from the D-3 RPL (Recognition of Past Learning) program and 64 pharmacists from the Regular D-3 program. In its implementation, the inauguration event was attended by 89 participants offline (offline) and 36 participants online (online). Nevertheless, activities held offline still prioritize health protocols.

Madya Expert (A.Md.) is a vocational degree given to graduates of diploma 3 education programs. Those with A.Md degrees have practical rather than theoretical skills. Based on Law No. 36 of 2014 concerning health workers, it is stated that students in the health sector, at the end of the vocational and professional education period, must take a national competency exam organized by universities and cooperate with professional organizations, training institutions or accredited certification bodies. Students who have taken the competency exam are entitled to a certificate of competence as proof of their sincerity in carrying out their practice. 

A total of 61 pharmacists in the D-3 RPL program who were inaugurated have taken the RPL competency mapping test, nationally on September 19, 2020. Meanwhile, 64 graduates of the regular D-3 Pharmacy Associate Program took part in the Competency Examination for Indonesian Pharmaceutical Technical Personnel (UKTTKI) nationally on October 10, 2020. The competency exam was organized by the Association of Pharmacists (PAFI), the Indonesian Pharmacy Diploma Education Association (APDFI), the Indonesian Pharmacy Diploma Education Association (APDFI). In the opening and inauguration of the Pharmacy Technical Staff (TTK), the Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, Prof. Dr. apt. Shirly Kumala, M.Biomed urges graduates to be able to prove competent pharmaceutical technical personnel, have a good knowledge base, be skilled in doing work, have good attitudes and integrity, are highly committed to providing the best pharmaceutical services to the community and contribute

The Chancellor of the University of Pancasila also conveyed several messages regarding the vision and mission of Pancasila University, including: excelling in academic and non-academic matters. -academic in the workplace, become graduates who are excellent, excellent, excellent, honest, and responsible, and maintain harmony in differences. He added, as citizens, graduates should have social awareness in accordance with the noble values ​​of Pancasila. In addition, graduates are expected to keep their inauguration vows. 

In the Inauguration and Oath Taking of Pharmaceutical Technical Personnel (TTK) who acted as the oath taker was the Head of the DKI Jakarta Health Office, who was represented by the Head of the Health Resources Section – South Jakarta Administration City Health Sub-dept., Apt. Andi Kurniadi, S. Si., M. Log., and as a witness is the Chairman of the Central Board of the Indonesian Pharmacists Association (PAFI) represented by Chairman I of the PAFI Central Committee, Budi Djanu Purwanto, SH., MH., and the Dean of FFUP Prof. . Dr. apt. Shirly Kumala, M. Biomed.

In addition, the Chancellor of the University of Pancasila, Prof. Dr. apt. Wahono Sumaryono, and all faculty leaders, Deputy Dean I Dr. apt. Dian Ratih Laksmitawati, M. Biomed., Deputy Dean II Dr. apt. Faizatun, M.Sc., and Deputy Dean III Dr. apt. Ni Made Dwi Sandhiutami, M.Kes, Head of the D-3 Study Program Apt. Nur Miftahurrohmah, M.Sc., as well as representatives of lecturers from the D-3 Pharmacy study program at Pancasila University.

The D-3 Study Program of the Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Pancasila (FFUP) was accredited by the National Accreditation Board for Higher Education (BANPT) with a B rank in 2010 and a B rank in 2015. Until August 2020, the D3 Study Program at the Faculty of Pharmacy, Pancasila University has graduated 709 Associate Pharmacists.
