The Doctor of Pharmacy Study Program opens new student admissions for the 2018/2019 even semester, as for the terms and conditions as follows:

Condition

1. Graduates of Strata Two (S2) accredited tertiary institutions come from the fields of pharmacy, Biology, and Medicine with a GPA > 3.0.
2. Fill out the Registration Form which can be obtained at the Secretariat of the Doctoral Program in Pharmacy.

Support File

1. Recent color photograph, size 3×4 (2 sheets).
2. Photocopy of valid ID card.
3. Photocopies of S1 and S2 diplomas along with legalized transcripts.
4. Recommendation letters from two professors or people who have a college structure.
5. Permission letter from work agency (if already working).

Other Info

1. The registration fee is Rp. 1.000.000,- (One Million Rupiah).
2. The test includes TPA and English as well as interviews.
3. Original supporting documents (diplomas, transcripts) brought during the interview.
4. Lectures are held at the Jagakarsa campus, Lenteng Agung.
5. The number of credits is 44 credits, divided into 6 semesters.
