There has been an improvement in the qualification of lecturers pursuing further studies, as shown by the following data: In the period 2019–2020, five lecturers successfully completed their postgraduate studies.
Between 2020–2023, three lecturers obtained their Doctoral degrees (Andri Prasetyo, Liliek Nurhidayati, and Sarah Zaidan), resulting in an increase in the number of lecturers holding doctoral degrees.
Currently (2022–2023), seven (7) lecturers are still in the process of pursuing their Doctoral (Ph.D.) studies.

The improvement in academic ranks at the Faculty of Pharmacy has been very positive, with an increasing number of professors each year. In the 2022–2023 academic year, the number of professors (Guru Besar) reached eight (8) lecturers.
