Based on the results of the selection of new student admissions for the Pharmacist Profession Study Program, Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Pancasila which was held on Tuesday-Wednesday, January 17-18 2023, the following are the names of prospective students who passed the selection and were declared accepted as new students for the Pharmacist Profession Study Program, Faculty of Pharmacy Pancasila University Even Semester Academic Year 2022/2023
For names that have been declared accepted, please re-register on January 25 – February 2 2023 by visiting the website http://pmbonline.univpancasila.ac.id/pin.php and attaching the following data through the academic Faculty of Pharmacy, University of Pancasila and filling in the link http://s.id/REGISTAPT71 :
- Fill out the registration form and fill out a student statement letter for the Pharmacist Professional Study Program (can be downloaded via the http://s.id/FORMDAFTARULANGAPT link)
- Scan of legalized S1 diploma: 1 sheet
- Scan legalized S1 transcript: 1 sheet
- 4×6 purple background photo: 2 sheets
- 3×4 purple background photo: 2 sheets
- Scan of birth certificate : 1 sheet
- Scan of family card : 1 sheet
- Certificate of able-bodied from a doctor
- Certificate of not color blind, not speech impaired, not deaf (original) from a doctor and drug-free from an authorized institution
- Photocopy of faculty / S1 study program accreditation certificate from the original Pharmacy College.
- Proof of information declared accepted
New Pharmacist student debriefing is held on:
